Although the site and transfer mechanism are both secure and encrypted, we also recommend (where possible) that files are also placed in a password protected zip file before uploading. The password should be conveyed through another channel, e.g. by phone. Our recommended tool for creating passworded zip files is 7-Zip.

We will create a suitably named folder for each client/partner organisation, limiting visibility and rights to specific users. If you are uploading files, please put them into the appropriate folder (most users will see only one folder).

Files should be removed after successful transfer.
